Jan 09, 2026 - Updated Payment Options for your Monthly Condo Fee and Special Assessments.
Starting with the February 2026 payment, we are replacing the paper payment coupons with electronic payment options that will be delivered via you primary email and by text to your primary mobile phone number. Both will include a link to the Quickbooks Payment system for Sandy Lane Estates. To assist owners with the new process, we've created a tutorial has been created to assist you. The SLE Condo Board has established a Point of Contact (POC) for each building to assist the Board's responsiveness to owner questions, requests and issues. You can reach your Building POC by sending an email to info@sleoc.com. Your Building POCs are:
